Bomgaars is looking for motivated and responsible individuals. Sales Associate (Remodel) positions offer the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, assist customers, and help with remodel of stores.

Qualifications:

· Must be 18 years or older

· Agriculture background

· Product knowledge

· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis

· Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

· Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

· Must be open and flexible to help at this store with remodel projects as well as have reliable transportation to travel (paid mileage) to other stores within the District as needed

Responsibilities:

· Remodel projects as assigned by Store Manager

· Freight handling/forklift operation

· Sales

· Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked

· Assisting customers with product selection and load outs

· Handling phone calls

· Other tasks as assigned
